Browse our collections and choose the pieces that align with your wedding design. Each arrangement is semi-customizable, allowing us to incorporate fresh florals in various colors and styles to enhance your existing palette. If you’d like to personalize your florals, simply include your request in the description box at the booking screen.
STEP TWO
PICK YOUR DATE
Once you’ve found the perfect piece, use the calendar on the product page to select your event date. Each rental includes free delivery within 25 miles of our Naperville warehouse and free pickup until 10 PM at a single location with one setup. STEP 3
PROVIDE DETAILS
This step is essential! After selecting your date, you’ll be directed to our Venue and Contact Form, which ensures we have all the necessary details for a seamless delivery. This form lets us know where to deliver your florals, when to arrive, and who to coordinate with for placement. If you’re requesting any semi-customization, this is where you can provide notes and upload inspiration photos. Adding multiple pieces to your cart? Simply enter your details on the first item and mark N/A on the additional pieces to speed up the process.
STEP 4
PAYMENT
We offer two flexible payment options: 1. Pay in Full – Complete your payment upfront. 2. Shop Pay Installments – Split your total into four interest-free payments. If your order requires additional fees (such as custom floral additions or extended delivery distances), we will reach out to confirm the details and send an invoice, which will be due within 90 days.
STEP FIVE
DELIVERY & PICK UP
We provide free delivery, setup, and pickup within 25 miles of our Naperville warehouse. For events beyond 25 miles, a $1/mile fee applies, up to a maximum of 75 miles. Pick ups must be scheduled for before 10pm to avoid fees. Late-night pickups past 10 PM will incur an additional fee, which can be found on our Terms & Conditions page. At the end of your event, our team will return to pick up all rentals, so you don’t have to worry about returns or cleanup. We also coordinate directly with your venue whenever possible, making the process seamless for you.
